Farm Party 2026
Come one come all to the 2nd annual Farm Party
on Sunday, July 19th from 10am-3pm!
Come when you can! We’ll have lawn games, photo opportunities, live jazz music, food by Himalayan Rockies (indian cuisine), craft beer and non-alcoholic beverages! You'll also get to tour the farm and ask all of your burning produce questions! This is an event you definitely won't want to miss.

Before last year’s farm party, we hadn't had a farm event since 2019... (see: goofy marketing photo for the event below)
That last event was a farm-catered dinner set in September. The meal and music were on point, but the rain poured and poured. And despite the stormy event being a hit, we turned our backs on farm events, vowing to grow the food, not highlight the landscape.
But then a funny thing happened.
In January 2025, 151 of you responded to a survey question about community engagement. And a full 30 people yearned for a deeper connection to the farm.
[As a community farm, we've learned it's always a good idea to listen to feedback, even if you might be tempted to believe it's an outlier viewpoint. Chances are, the one or two people giving feedback are representative of the wider CSA. We've found the vocal folks are just the brave members; they're speaking to a larger theme or issue that everyone else in the membership hasn't the time or energy to express.]
And boy, were these 30 respondents right on the mark. They were like farm loraxes, speaking on behalf of the 180+ people who showed up to the farm gate for two succeeding waves of tours and a whole lot of jazz music played by the great Wilbur Rehmann Quartet!
A shoutout to the members who took these photos along the tour. And also to Jim and Catalina who wrote us later:
"We want to thank both of you for hosting us and providing such a detailed and educational tour. We really enjoyed seeing where our food comes from and learning from you both. And it was great to have Bridge Pizza because that is where I found your flyer last year to learn about the CSA, so that made it even more special."
And a special thanks to Leidy who has been a member since the very first Winter CSA season and who's kiddo Cache was only a few days old when she introduced us to him, all bundled up, at his first veggie pickup. She wrote:
"Thanks for the great farm party this weekend! We all had so much fun - I think sitting on the tractor was one of Cache’s most fun experiences! Here are some pics from the day. Looking forward to another winter of veggies!!"
Katie and I were especially taken by the number of long-time supporters who came out. You've been supporting our work for years, and it's about time we took the moment to show you what you've helped forge out here!
For those of you who weren't able to make it out, we can only blame/thank YOU for the excess pizza and beer that the farm crew has devoured of late. We get it, though -- summers are a busy time of year for you all, so we'll do our best to get out the word earlier and often about next year's Summer Farm Party (because yes, we had so much fun we're committed to these annual events)!
And one more thanks is in order to Dimitri for using local ingredients with ease atop 30 Bridge pizzas; to Gabe and Christina for taking in a last minute keg order of your finest from Bias Brewing and to Michone for picking up that Kalispell keg!; to Amber for accommodating two keg orders from Draughtworks Brewery and for letting us hang on to one of them that was unfinished (Ten, thanks for the clutch transport of these kegs)!; to Riley for taking a last-minute order of your finest gingery beer from Ten Mile Creek Brewery and Wilbur for hauling it across the mountain pass!; and to Matt of Blacksmith Brewing Company who took an order over the phone while he was on vacation -- what a great ale that kolsch was! Cheers to you all! This farm couldn't run without your special treatment!
